ART + WELLNESS WORKSHOP SERIES, PART 4

Workshop series description:

Join us at The Forge Nashville for our ART+WELLNESS Workshop Series and embark on a
journey of emotional wellness and creative exploration. Experience the connection between art
and wellness through a guided and interactive art project.
.
In this volume of our ART+WELLNESS series, we will be using watercolor paint on paper and a
specialized folding technique to build a collage. The project generates a release and letting go of
emotions.
.
Letting go of feelings, people, thoughts or anything in your life that is unhealthy is a valuable life
skill. Learning to turn unexpected elements in our lives into something we could have never
envisioned.
.
Bring home a finished art project to hang in your home and remind you to continue your
wellness practice at home.
.
All supplies and a light snack will be provided.
