Learn to Draw What You See

$95.00
Sold Out

In drawing from observation, we will look at the shapes that create form, the space between things, and proportional relations, which will increase our eye to hand coordination to replicate what we see. We’ll warm up by sketching objects on a table, and proceed to build dark to light values through shading techniques which begin to describe 3 dimensionality. Participants will leave with a new approach to seeing, more confidence in their ability to draw what is seen, and a finished still life drawing. The magic of pencil and eraser can be yours!

All materials provided.

Marla Faith is a Nashville artist (marlafaith.com), who has over 40 years teaching experience in schools and museums in Nashville New York, and Chicago

** Classes are transferrable, but not refundable.
