In this introductory level class, you will learn about proper types of leather, tools, and applications, while gathering the comprehensive basic skills to start you on your leatherworking journey. No prior experience with leatherworking necessary.
Vicky “Boogie” Rocco is a technically trained fashion designer from New York, specializing in leather guitar straps, accessories, garments and the restoration of leather goods. Her work has always been inspired by music and rockstars, making Nashville the perfect place to call her home. Since 2011, Boogie has been creating custom leather goods with her brand Electric Warrior. She is excited to apply her over 20 years of experience to educating and mentoring others with interest in leather design.
